How often should I replace it?
Depending on usage and the number and size of cats in your home, with daily litter refreshes as directed, we recommend replacing your litter box every 2-4 weeks, though many customers report replacing them only once per month.
Which size should I order?
We recommend the LARGE size for households with one small to medium sized cat and the JUMBO size for households with larger or multiple cats.
Can I use it for rabbits or guinea pigs?
Absolutely! LumaKa Pets® Disposable Litter Boxes also make great bedding boxes for rabbits and guinea pigs.
Does it contain artificial chemicals or coatings?
No. Lumaka Pets® Disposable Litter Boxes are safe for all pets, are biodegradable and even compostable. See our composting guidelines for more information.

Yes! LumaKa Pets® Disposable Litter Boxes can be used as stand-alone litter boxes OR as litter box liners. They are compatible with many standard plastic and metal litter box brands and sizes. Check the dimensions for proper fit.

COMPOSTING GUIDELINES
LumaKa Pets® Disposable Litter Boxes are crafted from compostable paper pulp, making them an eco-friendly choice for environmentally conscious pet parents. To compost responsibly:
Remove all used litter and solid waste before composting the box. Pet waste should never be composted if the resulting compost will be used on edible plants.
Do not compost clumping cat litter—it may contain clays with bentonite, a non-biodegradable mineral that can disrupt composting and harm soil health.
Break or cut the box into smaller pieces to help it decompose more quickly.
Compost the box in a commercial composting facility where available, or in a backyard compost pile designated for ornamental (non-edible) plants only.
Always follow your local composting guidelines, as regulations and capabilities vary by region.
